CONCERTO’s partner, the CMCC Foundation (Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici) is seeking a researcher to join its Impacts on Agriculture, Forests and Ecosystem Services (IAFES) Division, based in Viterbo, Italy.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to leading-edge research on the effects of climate and human-induced disturbances on ecosystems, with a particular focus on remote sensing and carbon cycle monitoring. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and international team working at the intersection of ecology, climate science, and geospatial analysis.
Applicants should hold a PhD or Master’s degree in remote sensing, climate science, ecology, geography, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in remote sensing and carbon cycle modelling.
